    Smile! You're in GREAT hands. Welcome to The Dentist, the office of Aaron Unterbrink, DDS, the only dentist office on South Padre Island. Dr. Emma Gavito retired May 1, 2022, but our office will continue to provide full service general dentistry office treating children to adults. We always welcome new patients. We see children as young as 6 months and offer routine cleanings and checkups, cosmetic dentistry and we try to do all treatment (root canals, extractions, crowns, dentures and more) in our office without referring out so you do not have to leave the island! Botox is also offered in the office benefiting TMJ issue such as severe clenching which also causes migraine headaches.
