Through guided tours, hands-on activities, and one-of-a-kind interactions with our beloved animals—including tortoises, parrots, and the charismatic Louie—we empower our visitors to learn about and contribute to ongoing wildlife conservation efforts.

Located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, GREEN offers unique opportunities like our “Night-Night Peanut” Saturday tours, glamping weekends under the stars in a large, upscale RV with private patio and fire pit, and RV boondocking stays! We rely on passionate volunteers, dedicated members, and generous sponsors to help keep our sanctuary thriving. From helping with animal care and habitat maintenance to supporting events and education programs, there’s a way for everyone to get involved.
