Quarterly Public Affairs Luncheon with guest speaker Dr. Guadalupe Correa-Cabrera, Associate Professor & Chair of the Government Dept. at The University of Texas Brownsville.  Dr. Cabrera will speak on Energy and Security along the Eastern U.S.-Mexico Border: Challenges and Opportunities in the Framework of Mexico's Energy Reform.  The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 beginning at 11:45 a.m. at Pearl South Padre.
